This resource is a professional learning activity designed to foster critical reflection on equity, diversity and inclusion in education through the lens of intersectionality.

This activity can be implemented in a range of educational contexts as a professional development resource for teacher educators, student teachers, and in-service teachers. It supports participants in developing a deeper understanding of the challenges associated with promoting equity and diversity in schools, while encouraging them to identify practical and context-sensitive strategies for creating more inclusive learning environments.

Originally developed in the Portuguese context, this resource can be adapted to other national and institutional settings by incorporating relevant policy documents, reports, or research on equity, diversity, and inclusion.
