Podcast

In this podcast four Finnish researchers discuss various aspects of the Finnish education system. First, the background and the basic principles of the Finnish school for all are introduced. After that an inclusive school in practice is presented. Next inclusiveness is discussed from the viewpoint of special education and finally Finnish school system is considered from the point of view of cultural and worldview diversity. The discussion includes also critical aspects of the system, as well as reflections on how to better educate future teachers in our teacher education programs.
