Equality and Non-Discrimination Action Plan for an Organization
How to use Equality and Non-Discrimination Action Plan sheet?
This Excel sheet is meant to be used in a University, Faculty of Education or department of teacher education, or another organization to map what is the current situation there regarding the matters of Equality and Non-Discrimination. The table contains thematic areas such as objectives, measures, timetables etc., as well as to whom or from which point, for example, teaching, leadership, student experience, recruitment, etc. these issues should be considered.
This Excel sheet allows the organization to examine their current equality and non-discrimination practices and the current situation, and to see what practices should be improved and developed further.
